01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "588q", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the website located at https://588q.vip and all associated subdomains and mobile applications.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 588q platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on 588q through the registration process.
• "Platform" refers to the entirety of the 588q website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and related services.
• "Funds" refers to real-money deposits held in a player's 588q wallet in PKR or equivalent cryptocurrency value.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 588q that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required by 588q.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable cash.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a 588q account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 588q strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing 588q account, whether active, suspended, or closed.

• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 588q or its affiliates.

By completing the registration form on 588q and clicking the registration confirmation, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 588q account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Specifically, you agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Never share your 588q login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your 588q account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 588q support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, remain current and accurate at all times.

588q will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to you notifying 588q of a security breach will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 588q platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for players based in Pakistan. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 588q account via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or USDT TRC20 are credited to your wallet promptly upon confirmation. 588q does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit on 588q is subject to the limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal Timing: 588q aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
• Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum of one deposit and one qualifying bet must be placed before a withdrawal request will be considered. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will not have withdrawal requests processed.
• Currency: All PKR amounts are final at the time of transaction. 588q is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations applicable to USDT deposits or withdrawals.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the 588q platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 588q does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious technical error has occurred on the platform.
• 588q reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where a pricing error occurred due to a data feed failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino game, the 588q system log constitutes the authoritative record. Where a software malfunction is confirmed to have affected a game outcome, 588q will void the affected round and return stakes to the player's wallet.
• Casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and table games are as published by the respective game providers.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome of the relevant gaming equipment (cards, roulette wheel, etc.) as operated by the dealer and captured on camera. No claims of technical malfunction will be accepted for live dealer game outcomes unless a provable streaming or interface error has directly prevented the player from acting on their hand.
• 588q reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits, maximum payout caps, or market-level restrictions at any time without prior notice.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 588q are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal as real cash.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds may only be used on 588q sports betting markets and casino games that contribute toward the stated wagering requirement. Contribution rates vary by product.
• Bonuses are issued per eligible player per promotion. Claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension.
• 588q reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time. Players who have partially met a wagering requirement at the time of a bonus withdrawal will have the bonus balance removed from their account but will retain any real-money winnings already converted.
• In any case of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail for that promotion only.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 588q platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Using the 588q platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing 588q using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that confers an unfair advantage or artificially simulates human activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who identifies a vulnerability on the 588q platform must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or poker format offered on 588q.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of 588q promotional offers or odds pricing in a manner that removes financial risk.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP masking technologies to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 588q staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

08 KYC & Verification

588q is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all players as part of its compliance obligations. The KYC process may be initiated at any point, including at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at 588q's discretion during an account review. Required documents may include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: In cases where 588q identifies deposits that are unusually large or inconsistent with prior account activity, additional documentation confirming the legitimate source of deposited funds may be required.

588q will not process any withdrawal request until the relevant KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of our compliance team. Funds in a suspended account pending KYC review will be held securely and released upon successful verification or returned to the original payment method if verification cannot be completed.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

588q reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against 588q without prior communication through official support channels.
• At the player's own request, including requests arising from responsible gaming concerns or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for cause, 588q reserves the right to retain any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the resolution of any outstanding investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 588q account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or publicly display any 588q content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 588q intellectual property will be subject to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588q, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether foreseeable or otherwise.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures caused by circumstances outside 588q's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party data feed failures, or force majeure events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or account balances arising from a third-party data provider error, provided that 588q acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

588q's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 588q in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

588q collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a 588q account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

14 Amendments to These Terms

588q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 588q will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 588q platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 9.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 588q holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 588q's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

For disputes related to specific bet settlements or game outcomes, you must first submit a formal complaint via the 588q support channel within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted outside this window will not be considered. 588q will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws in your country of residence.
